ON SITE REGISTRATION

The registration will be open on Sunday 12th 14.00 - 19.30 and Monday 13th to Wednesday 15th 08.00 - 09.00. The registration office is here:

CHANGES IN THE CONGRESS PROGRAM

We have decided to include the Tuesday field trip to the Lummelunda cave in the congress fee. Parallel to this, there is still the option to attend the Stora Karlsö field trip, but this field trip is still 450 SEK. Also, Tuesday is the day for FSUE GAM. It will be held between 09.00 and 17.00.

The Lummelunda field trip consists of both a surface walk and a visit to the inner parts of the cave. It is possible to lend equipment (oversuit, helmet and lamp) but if you want to use your own you're welcome to bring it along.

The Tuesday ends with a dinner at the Lummelunda cave - free of charge for all delegates.

Tickets to the congress dinner on Wednesday will be possible to buy at the registration office.

Since some of you have registered for the Stora Karlsö field trip and the congress program has changed slightly, we need to know if you are still interested in the Stora Karlsö field trip. Please send an e-mail and tell us how you want to do. The Stora Karlsö field trip is 450 SEK extra.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Due to the earlier termination of our partnership with the congress organiser, the credit card payments have not gone through as planned. This means that your credit card has not been charged. Instead, the payment will be sorted on site in Visby and it will be, unfortunately, cash only, We will

accept both SEK and EUR.

WELCOME RECEPTION.

The Welcome Reception will be held on Sunday 12th 19.00 - late at the ruin Helge And ("Holy Spirit"). Food and drinks along with entertainment will be served.

Since summer nights can be quite cold in the nordics- bring a sweater or a jacket.
